We feel like we might be giving away a trade secret, but we couldn’t resist sharing one of our clients’ favorite appetizers. It’s easy to make and goes with just about anything!

What makes it so approachable? It’s enticingly creamy, plus sweet with a kick of heat, which you can manage by using more or less of the chipotle pepper puree. We love to pair this dip with homemade potato chips (feel free to buy your favorite chips!). It’s also amazing with breads, grilled or raw veggies, and meats — pretty much anything you want to enhance with a little sweet-and-spicy.

This simple app is perfect for Cinco de Mayo gatherings, picnics and warm weather alfresco celebrations, and is also a fall and winter winner at tailgates, football parties and holiday events.
