Lindsay brings her passion for food and years of experience in the service industry to create unforgettable culinary experiences for our clients. Lindsay is not just an Executive Chef; she’s a creative force, a team player, and a compassionate soul. Her dedication to crafting exceptional culinary experiences and her commitment to making a positive impact in and out of the kitchen make her an invaluable member of the Robert Ryan Catering team. What’s your job title? What do you do day-to-day?

I am the Executive Chef. In this position, I do a little bit of everything from leading the kitchen crew in preparation for events and ordering food to executing the events.

How long have you worked for Robert Ryan Catering & Design & what did you do before?

Just about two years. I have worked in the service/food industry for over 15 years. I have worked in various parts of the food industry, but catering is my passion.


How would you describe Robert Ryan Catering & Design to a potential client or employee?

I truly enjoy my job and making clients’ special days memorable. Our staff is amazing and it takes a team to accomplish a job well done.


Where did you grow up? What did you want to be when you were growing up?

I grew up in Pottstown and lived there for most of my life. When I was growing up, I wanted to be a Cosmetologist but after I stumbled upon food I fell in love.


What do you love most about your job?

I love how well our staff works together and the culture of the company. Robert Ryan Catering is not like any other kitchen or restaurant I have worked in.


Tell us something about yourself that no one would know just by looking at you.

I love to give back to the community and am a part of a non-profit ministry outside of work.


What do you do for fun outside of work?

I like to spend time with my family and explore different cultural foods.

What would be your desert island last meal?

My desert island last meal would have to be a sushi buffet.
