We invite you to attend one of our monthly signature tasting events. On the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at either the rustic Barn on Bridge or the elegant Columbia Station, our executive chef, Danny Salazar, and his culinary team will create a spectacular five-course meal for you to enjoy.
Each signature tasting features an assortment of hors d’oeuvres, a short plate station, two different appetizers and two different entrees accompanied by a seasonal starch and vegetable. Beer, wine and soft drinks are served throughout the evening. Dessert immediately follows dinner with coffee and tea service.
A recent tasting included out-of-this-world starters like a Latin-spiced braised beef skewer, panzanella salad with heirloom tomatoes and basil vinaigrette and butternut squash soup with candied walnuts and shaved apples. Mouthwatering Chilean sea bass served with a Moroccan compound butter and braised beef short ribs served with a wild mushroom demi-glace rounded out the entree selections.
Always save room for dessert at a Robert Ryan signature tasting! Recently, our exclusive wedding cake specialists, The Master’s Baker, whipped up seasonal pumpkin spice with cinnamon buttercream and red velvet with cream cheese gourmet cakes.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our staff and escorted to your seats. Next, your assigned server will introduce himself or herself and will take your drink order. Feel free to visit our short plate station or take a walk around the venue.
Once all guests have arrived, the chef will introduce himself and explain the menu developed exclusively for that evening. Sometimes there will be tried-and-true Robert Ryan classic favorites, like our perfectly grilled filet mignon with a mushroom demi-glace, but Chef Danny prides himself on creating seasonally inspired new dishes for each signature tasting event.
Every client who attends a monthly tasting will also receive a personalized menu with space for notes. During the tasting, our wait staff, event supervisors and event managers are available to answer any questions that you may have.
Some common questions that we get asked include:
- Can you accommodate allergies or other special menu needs? (The answer is YES!)
- Can we have our assigned server on the day of the wedding? (If schedules allow.)
- Are these the only options that we have to choose from for our event? (Of course not!)
- Can we mix and match menu items to put our own spin on the evening? (We welcome customized menus.)

Clients are welcome to attend one complimentary tasting for two prior to your event. We suggest you schedule your tasting during the same season as your planned event.
